Rule 29. Restriction of double employment under Section 30

Official text

An adult worker may be employed in more than one factory on the same day if,-
(1) he is employed or engaged on a part-time basis to do any work; or
(2) he is employed or engaged to carry out any particular work of an occasional nature otherwise than as a full-time employee; or
(3) the occupier or owner is unaware that the worker is employed on a full-time basis in any other factory
