Rule 95. Prohibition of running a factory without a valid licence

Official text

(1) No occupier shall use any premises as a factory or carry on any manufacturing process in a factory, unless a licence has been issued in respect of such premises and is in force for the time being.

(2) It shall be the responsibility of the occupier of the factory to get a valid license.
