Rule 11. Notice of commencement and cessation of operation under Section 5

Official text

The employer shall, before the period of fifteen days of the commencement, give notice of commencement in Form-07 on the portal to the registering officer and Inspector-cum-Facilitator appointed for class of establishment and the employer shall, within the period of thirty days of the cessation, submit a written notice in Form-07 on the portal to the registering officer and Inspector-cum-Facilitator appointed for class of establishment.
