Rule 5. Hazardous Substance

Official text

Hazardous Substance means any chemical along with quantity as specified in the sub-clause (ii) and (iii) of clause (e) of rule 2 of the Manufacture, Storage and Import of Hazardous Chemical Rules, 1989 as amended from time to time.
