Rule 43. Register of leave with wages

Chapter VI — Registers, Records and Returns:Made under The Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020F. No. 08/04/2024-LE&T, 27 Apr 2026

Official text

(1) The employer shall maintain a register of leave with wages in Form-17 electronically or otherwise and the name of each worker shall be entered in this register during the month, in which the worker is taken in employment.

(2) The register of leave with wages shall be preserved for a period of three years after the last entry in it and shall be produced before the Inspector-cum-Facilitator on demand.
