Rule 18. Manner of sending report of action taken

Official text

An Employer or Employee of an establishment shall submit the report in Form-12 to the Inspector-cum-Facilitator appointed for such class of establishment within twenty-four hours from the time remedial action is taken with regard to the imminent danger.
