Rule 101. Late fee in relation to factory license

If the application for renewal or amendments as the case may be, is not received within the time specified in sub-rule (3) of rule 97 or sub-rule (2) of rule 98 or sub-rule (2) of rule 100, then an

additional fee of twenty five percent of the fee ordinarily payable for the license shall be payable for such renewal or amendment.

Provided that if application for renewal or amendment is not received within ninety days from the due for renewal or amendment of license as case may be an additional fee @ 1% of the fee ordinarily payable for every thirty days shall be charged which shall be in addition to fee to be paid as provided in Rule 101.
