Official text

(1) The occupier of every factory carrying on hazardous process shall furnish, in writing, to the Inspector-cum-Facilitator a copy of all the information furnished to the workers.
(2) A copy of the Material Safety Data Sheet prescribed in Form-42, in respect of the hazardous substances used, produced or stored in the factory shall be furnished to the Inspector-cum- Facilitator.
(3) The occupier shall also furnish any other information asked for by the Inspector-cum-Facilitator for the purposes of the Code and the rules.
