(3) Payments as required under sub-rule (2) shall be paid through portal which shall be
credited to the treasury in the head of account as may be specified by the Union Territory
Administration of Lakshadweep from time to time.
(4) After receiving application on portal, the designated authority shall issue license in
Form-25 within a period of forty-five days specifying the conditions laid down in rule 45.
(5) If the designated authority fails to grant license to a contractor under the application
complete in all respect so made or to entertain the application within the period of thirty days,
then such license shall deemed to have been granted on the expiration of thirty days.
(6) The fees and security deposit, as the case may be, submitted prior to the applicability
of these rules will be adjusted while issuing the license under this code.
