Rule 20. Notice of meeting and the agenda

Official text

Notice intimating the date, time and venue of every meeting together with agenda, to be discussed at the meeting, shall be sent by registered post, email or by special messenger, to each member fifteen days before the meeting:

Provided that when the Chairperson calls a meeting for the consideration of any matter, which in his opinion is urgent, notice of not less than three days shall be deemed sufficient.
