(A) Name of Village/City, Tehsil & Distt.
(B) If in village then Khasra Numbers
(C) If in city then Street/Mohalla/Colony/Bazzar/Road/ward number
(D) If in industrial focal point/industrial park then plot number
(E) If above or below the ground level then floor on which it is situated
