Rule 100. Procedure on death or disability of factory licensee

Official text

If a licensee dies or becomes insolvent, the person carrying on the business of such licensee shall make an application for the amendment of the licence under in his own name for the unexpired portion of the original licence.

(2) No fee shall be charged for such change if application is made within thirty days from date of death or insolvency.
