Rule 48. Display of name and address of establishment

Chapter VI — Registers, Records and Returns:Made under The Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020F. No. 08/04/2024-LE&T, 27 Apr 2026

Official text

(1) A board containing the name and address of the establishment shall be displayed outside the establishment near the main entrance.

(2) Two third of the upper area of the board to be displayed as per sub-rule 1 shall be in English language and the rest of the area shall be in any other language recognized by the Constitution of India.
