Official text

For the purpose of compliance with the requirements of section 84 or section 85, the Inspector-cum-Facilitator may, if deemed necessary, issue guidelines from time to time to the occupiers of factories carrying on 'hazardous process'. Such guidelines shall be based on National Standards, Codes of Practice, or recommendations of international bodies such as the International Labour Organization and the World Health Organization.
