Rule 75. Form and manner of making application

Official text

(1) The aggrieved party shall make an application in the Form-30 to the Union Territory Administration of Lakshadweep
(2) The Union Territory Administration of Lakshadweep shall refer the matter, within seven days, to the designated authority.
(3) The designated authority shall examine the matter within fifteen days from the date of receipt.
(4) The designated authority shall submit report, within next two days, to the Union Territory Administration of Lakshadweep.
(5) The Union Territory Administration of Lakshadweep shall pass an order within seven Page 38 of 273 days from the date of receipt of report
