F.No.08/04/2024-LE&T : In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 133 of the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Condition Code, 2020 (37 of 2020), read with the powers delegated by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, vide Notification S.O.273(E) dated 16th January, 2023, and in supersession of all rules on the subject corresponding thereto in force in the Union Territory of Lakshadweep, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Administrator of the Union Territory of Lakshadweep hereby makes the following rules, namely:-
