Official text

The approval granted under these rules may be revoked by the Chief Inspector-cum-Facilitator, if it is found that such approval has been obtained by the occupier or manager by misrepresentation of material facts or fraudulent document have been submitted along with the application or otherwise or the majority of construction is not being done in accordance with the approval granted.
