(7) If there is any increase in the number of employees to be employed in the establishment

subsequent to its registration, then the differential amount as per the schedule under sub-rule 6

shall be payable by the employer concerned.

(8) The responsibility under this rule shall entirely lie with the employer of the

establishment.
