Rule 86. Inspection Scheme

Official text

(1) For the purposes of the Code and these rules, there shall be formulated a Inspection scheme providing for generation of a web-based inspection and calling of information relating to inspection electronically in accordance with Section 122 of the Code, by the Labour Commissioner, Uttar Pradesh with the approval of the State Government.

(2) Each inspection shall be made in accordance with the Inspection scheme.
