Official text

(1) Ordinarily, fifteen day's notice shall be given to the members of the Board of a proposed meeting:
Provided that the Chairperson, if he is satisfied that it is expedient so to do, may give notice of shorter period.
(2) No business other than that included in the agenda of the Board meeting shall be considered without the permission of the Chairperson.
