Rule 70. Registration of memorandum for record

In recording a memorandum of agreement, the Competent Authority shall cause the same to be entered in a register in Form-XXX and shall cause an endorsement to be entered under his signature on a copy of an accepted memorandum to be retained by him in the following terms, namely:– “The memorandum of agreement bearing serial number …………… of 20…… in the register has been recorded on this ………… day of ............... 20…… Signature Competent Authority.”
