The State Government may require that any class of employers as may be prescribed by general or special order of the State Government, shall maintain at their premises at which employees are employed, a notice book in Form-XX which shall be readily accessible at all reasonable times to an injured employee employed on the premises and to any person acting bona-fide on his behalf.
