Rule 36. Social security schemes and welfare measures under sub-section (6) of Section 7

(1) The Board shall formulate and notify social security scheme and welfare measures with the prior approval of the State Government prescribed in clauses (a) to (h) of sub-section (6) of Section 7 or with the prior concurrence of the Central Government under clause (i) of sub-section (6) of Section 7 of the Code, as the case may be.

(2) The Board shall formulate social security schemes and welfare measures in which eligibility limit, rate of various benefits, application procedure and formats and procedure for sanctioning and the competent authority to grant approval and procedure for disbursement and other incidental matters shall also be determined by the Board and thereafter it shall forward the same to the State Government for approval
