Official text

(1) Ordinarily, fifteen days notice and list of business of proposed meeting shall be given to the members of the Board:
Provided that the Chairperson, if he is satisfied that it is expedient so to do, may give notice of shorter period.
(2) No business except which is included in the list of business for a meeting of the Board shall be considered at the meeting without the permission of the Chairperson.
(3) The proceedings of each meeting of the Board shall be recorded and circulated to all members after approval by the Chairperson, as soon as possible, after the meeting, subject to confirmation in next meeting of the Board. After such confirmation they shall be recorded in the minute book, which shall be kept for permanent record.
