The return under these rules shall be filed electronically by every employer of an establishment to which the Code applies in the relevant columns of the Form specified for such purpose in the rules made under the Occupational, Safety Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020 (37 of 2020). A copy of such return shall also be forwarded electronically to the Labour Bureau, Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India:

Provided that in case of filing of annual return under the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020, there is no need to file separate annual return under any other labour codes.
