The term of office of every non-official member or ex-officio member shall be two years from the and date of his appointment or nomination, as the case may be, under sub-section (I) of section 42:
Provided that such members shall continue to hold office notwithstanding the expiry of the period of two years with the permission of the State Government. If a casual vacancy occurs among the members (4) of the Board, another person to be nominated, he shall hold office for the remainder of the term of the member in whose place he is nominated.
(3) Official members of the Board shall hold office. until they are replaced by other like official members.
(4) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-rules
(I), (2) and (3), the members of the Board shall hold office during the pleasure of the State Government.
