of 30. (1) The Chairperson may, if required in the and discharge of his duties, summon any person to of appear as a witness and to produce any document.

(2) Every person who is summoned and appears as a witness before the Board shall be entitled to an allowance for the expenses incurred by him in accordance with the scale for the time being in force for payment of allowances to witnesses appearing before a civil court.
