The proceedings of every meeting of the Board, of (1) inter alia, showing the names of the members present at the meeting, shall be forwarded to each to the State Government member and immediately after the meeting and in any case seven days before the next not more than meeting-

(2) The proceedings of each meeting of the Board shall be confirmed with such amendments, if any, as may be considered necessary at the next meeting.
