member. 25. No business shall be transacted at any meeting if at least one-third of the members and at least one representative each from the employers and employees are present:
Provided that if less than one-third of the members are present at a meeting, the Chairperson may adjourn the meeting for a period not exceeding seven days from the date of the original meeting and the business transacted at such adjourned meeting shall be valid irrespective of the number of members present:
Provided further that the date and time of such adjourned meeting shall be intimated to all the members electronically or by registered post.
