The Uttarakhand Code on Wages Rules, 2026
An effort shall be made to calculate the cost of of subsistence allowance and the cash value of concession in respect of essential commodities at concessional rates once before 1" April and again before 1" October in every year for revising the dearness allowance payable to employs on minimum wages.
