The State Government may, for the purpose of fixing minimum wages under the code for the working for journalist as defined in clause (zym) of section 2 of the Occupational Safety,Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020 (37 of 2020) appoint a technical advisory committee under clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 8 to recommend the State Government in respect of such fixation.
