The details of all fines and recoveries referred (-) to in sub-section (8) of section 19 shall be maintained electronically or otherwise in a register to be maintained by the employer in Form-l appended to these rules and the authority referred to in the said sub-section (8) shall be the Assistant Labour Commissioner and higher authority for the area.
(2) The details of all deductions and recoveries referred to in sub-section (3) of section 21 shall be maintained electronically or otherwise in a register to be maintained by the employer in Form-I appended to these rules.
(3) Every employer of any establishment on which this code is applicable he shall keep register under sub-section (1) of section 50 under formI and form-VI in electronic or any other form.
