(1) A member of the Board, other than the Chairperson, may resign from his membership by giving notice in writing to the Chairperson and the Chairperson may resign by writing to the State Government. The resignation shall take effect from the date of
(2) intimation of its acceptance or the expiry of 30 days from the date of resignation, whichever is earlier.
