the 22. Chairperson:-
(i) shall preside at the meetings of the Board, provided that in the absence of the Chairperson at any meeting,the members shall elect from amongst themselves by a majority of votes a Chairperson to preside at that meeting;
(ii) determine the agenda of each meeting of the Board;
(iii) when at a meeting of the Board, if any matter is to be decided by voting, he shall conduct secret ballot at the meeting and shall count the votes
