Rule 89. Manner of holding enquiry under sub-section (1) of Section 111

The Government of Arunachal Pradesh may by notification in the official gazette appoint any gazetted officer not below the rank of Under Secretary to the Government of Arunachal Pradesh for holding enquiry and imposing penalty in such manner as may be prescribed by the Central Government under this Code.
