Rule 20. Notice periods of work under sub-section (2) of Section 31

The notice referred to in sub-section (2) of section 31 shall be displayed by the employer at a conspicuous place on a notice board or electronic board and maintained in Form – VII and copy of such notice shall be sent to Inspector-cum-Facilitator electronically or by registered post.
