Rule 46. Study of inter-state migrant workers under Section 64

The State Government may identify the studies to be carried out to promote safety, health and welfare of inter-State migrant workers wherever required. The State Government may also consult the Central Government or expert organizations involved in the safety, health and welfare of inter-State migrant workers. .
