Rule 63. Notice of change Manager

Official text

(1) The Occupier may appoint a manager for the purpose of Code and Rules in the Factory.

(2) The notice of change of manager shall be in Form XXX. The application for change of manager shall be submitted online or otherwise. The endorsement of change of manager shall be made electronically or otherwise by the Chief Inspector-cum-Facilitator.
