Rule 12. Duties of employee under clause (d) and (g) of Section 13

If an employee comes to know that of any unsafe or unhealthy condition in the establishment, he shall report to the employer, health and safety representative or an officer of work place or agent as soon as practicable, electronically or in writing or telephonically.
