Permission is hereby granted to M/s....................................................................(place of
work)........................for wetting or cutting of beedi and tobacco laves by employees outside their
industrial premises subject to the following conditions:-
(a) The permission is valid till ..............................................
(b) That health and safety of workers will be secured by the applicant employer.
(c) The wages should not be paid below the minimum wages fixed by the Government from
time to time.
(d) That record of works permitted and performed outside the premises are maintained by
the applicant employer and a copy of which shall be endorsed to the concerned
authority.
