Rule 83. Issue of guidelines

For the purposes of compliance with the requirements of Section 84 or of Section 85, the Chief Inspector-cum-Facilitator may, if deemed necessary, issue guidelines from time to time to the occupiers of factories carrying on 'hazardous process'. Such guidelines may be based on national standards, Code of practice or recommendations of international bodies such as International Labour Organization, World Health Organisation and National Fire Protection Association of USA.
