These Rules will be called the Arunachal Pradesh Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Rules, 2022.

(a) They extend to the whole of Arunachal Pradesh.

(b) These Rules shall come into force from the date of effect of the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020.
