The registering officer as notified by Jammu and Kashmir Government shall register any establishment to which this Code applies after expiry of period prescribed under this Code on payment of late fee at the rate of 25% per annum of the total fee to be deposited for such registration with the officer electronically orotherwise along with the prescribed fee from the time the Code is implemented.
