The Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions (Jammu and Kashmir) Rules, 2026
(1) These rules may be called the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions (Jammu and Kashmir) Rules, 2026.
(2) They shall extend to whole territorial jurisdiction of Jammu and Kashmir.
(3) They shall come into force on the date of their final publication in the Official Gazette.
