Every contractor to whom this Code applies shall make the disbursement of wages through bank transfer or electronic mode and inform the principle employer electronically or otherwise the amount so paid by such mode provided that where it is not practicable to disburse payment in the mode specified in this rule then the payment shall be made in the mode other than electronic mode as prescribed under relevant provisions of Code on Wages, 2019.
