Official text

Before granting licence, the licensing authority shall also take into consideration whether the site of any industrial premises is proposed to be altered or whether any industrial premises has been closed, by the applicant during the period of twelve months immediately preceding the date of the application with a view to causing prejudice to the interests of the labour.
