Rule 26. Late fees

Official text

In case application for registration of establishment other than factories is not made within the time specified under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Code, the late fee shall be twenty five percent of the fees payable for grant of certificate of registration specified under rule 19 to 25 as the case may be. Appeal
