Rule 33. Rights of Employee under sub-section (3) of section 14

Chapter III — Duties of Employer and EmployeesMade under The Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020S.O. 23, 30 Jun 2026

Official text

The employer or the occupier on receipt of information from the employee or worker relating to the existence of an imminent danger to their safety and health, the employer or the occupier shall take immediate remedial action in this regard. The Occupier or the employer, whether satisfied or not, shall send a report forthwith of such actions taken, to the Inspector-cum-Facilitator electronically or by registered post or speed post.
