Chapter VI — Maintenance of Registers, Records and ReturnsMade under The Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020S.O. 23, 30 Jun 2026

Official text

Every employer of an establishment shall send annually a return relating to such establishment in Form-22 related to category of employees, health & welfare facilities retrenchment/ layoffs, bonus, maternity benefits etc. to the Inspector-cum-Facilitator having jurisdiction so as to reach him not later than 1st February following the end of each calendar year with a copy to Director General Labour Bureau electronically.
