Rule 4. Hazardous substance

Official text

Hazardous substance or quantity of substance under clause (zb) of sub-section (1) of section 2 shall be the substances as specified in clause (e) of rule 2 of the Manufacture, Storage and Import of Hazardous Chemicals Rules, 1989 (MSIHC Rules) and being used in the manufacturing process except the use in the testing labs in the premises of factory or establishment.
